Philosophy

As fellow parents, we understand that your highest hopes and aspirations are reserved for your children. With that in mind, we support early childhood learning philosophies that stress the importance of play, hands-on-learning and whole child development.

Like many programs, we promote cognitive, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and social development. Crouthers Academy takes it a step further with enrichment programs and Kindergarten preparation.

Children learn through active participation including play activities, a center-based curriculum, and enrichment activities. The Kindergarten readiness program features a pre-K curriculum that is based on the expectations of local school systems.

Our curriculum is integrated from one age group to the next so that your child continues to develop and grow through developmentally appropriate activities from year to year at Crouthers Academy.
