About Us

Crouthers Academy is a private Early Childhood Education facility. We serve children ages 6 weeks-12 years. We provide after school care and summer camp. Our programs are licensed by the state of Missouri.

Our school offers both full and part time child care programs. The curriculum offers each child an individualized learning environment where the child can excel. Our extended day childcare programs also offer supplementary activities of gymnastics, foreign language and music. In the summer months we offer a camp program in addition to our program curriculum and traditional childcare services.

Crothers Academy is a wonderful place for children not only to learn, but to truly be loved by the staff and wonderful teachers. I have been blown away with how excited my 15 month old is to get into her classroom each day. We are greeted with smiling faces of every staff member, and I leave knowing my daughter is truly in great hands. Ms. Kim, Ms. Courtney, and Ms. Adrienne absolutely love the children of the caterpillar room. They interact in such a positive way with families and the children alike. They are quick to communicate with families, and put smiles on our faces with frequent photo updates. I have seen our daughter grow tremendously in her independence, language, and abilities due to their intentional and engaging curriculum/activities!
